North Carolina Badminton Club and Badminton-RTP offers its 4th Annual
Junior Badminton Camp. June 28-July 2, 2010 in Raleigh Durham, North Carolina.
Conducted by : DENNIS CHRISTENSEN, Elite Danish International Coach.

Will be held at NetSports in Morrisville, Friday March 26 to Sunday March 28 2010.

- Badminton RTP starts playing at
Netsports in Cary - posted 9/20/2009
The club meets at NetSports facility on Tuesday and Thursday from 6.00 – 8.00AM
and Saturday from 6PM-9PM. Netsport location has high ceilings,
no AC draft and offers 5 courts with potential to expand up to 11 courts.
We are now seeking members for the new NetSports Badminton club for the
first of many 8 week session on Friday evenings, play begins as soon as we
have gathered 30 members.

- National Swiss/Canadian Junior and Danish coach visit in July 2009
- Our Junior made badminton-RTP proud at the 2009 DC Junior Open
- Badminton RTP dominates the 2008 Southern Open

- UNC versus the World Team Match 2008
Badminton RTP boosted with two doubles teams from Duke was able to defeat
a strong UNC team in the annual Friedrich Trophy competition.
The Badminton RTP (World team) won 7 matches as opposed to 4 loses and won
the competition for the third consecutive year. From a 'cold start' three years ago,
Badminton RTP has become the dominant badminton club in the greater RTP area.
